Domestic Shipments

All of our items are available with FREE SHIPPING. All items are shipped with USPS shipping services. For additional fees, the package can be shipped Standard Overnight FEDEX. Packages are only shipped out during the business week. Gift wrap available upon request.

International Shipments

International shipments are sent via USPS Express Mail International which is the fastest international method of shipping. The international shipping rate is a flat fee of $30.

Secure Shipments

All of our packages are shipped with a special account that allows us to fully insure each package. All of our packages are packed with bubble packages in addition to protect the product from any damage or harm during the shipping process. We always provide tracking numbers for any item that we ship.

Special Shipments

We do offer Next Day and Second Day Shipping. Please contact us for a quote, as shipping charges normally fluctuate based off the value, weight, and final destination of the Jewelrypot.com item.

At Jewelrypot.com, we help you choose fine diamonds and jewelry that you've set your heart on and make sure your expectations are met or exceeded. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 30 Days.

Returns take approximately 15 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Our Returns Department will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than JewelryPot.com), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. The original JewelryPot.com security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. In addition, if you have received any free gift along with the purchase, it must be returned too. No refund will be made otherwise.

Jewelrypot.com will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping**, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.

Simply scroll through our categories on the top of the webpage and click on a subcategory that you are interested in. Once you select a subcategory, you can filter the products by using our dynamic filters on the left side of the webpage. You can filter by gem type, price, and various other filters.

Searching for products

If you have a certain item in mind, please feel free to use our search bar. For instance, if you are looking for a Blue Topaz Ring, simply type in those keywords in our search bar. Try entering both specific search terms, like “Blue Topaz Flower Ring Princess Cut Diamonds”, and generic terms like “Blue Topaz Ring” to maximize your chances of finding at item that fits your requirements.
