JewelryPot Return Policy

At Jewelrypot.com, we help you choose fine diamonds and jewelry that you've set your heart on and make sure your expectations are met or exceeded. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 30 Days.

Returns take approximately 15 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Our Returns Department will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than JewelryPot.com), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. The original JewelryPot.com security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. In addition, if you have received any free gift along with the purchase, it must be returned too. No refund will be made otherwise.

Jewelrypot.com will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping**, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.

**International Customers** We offer 14 Days Return Policy excluding loose diamonds. Loose diamond sales are non-refundable for international customers. International customers are responsible for paying any import custom duties, a $250 restocking fee is imposed if the item is shipped back to Jewelrypot.com in the case that the customer failed to pay the custom duties.
